Viszont mikor készen voltam, egyből vérszemet kaptam, hadd fogyjanak azok a szirmok! Így született meg a karkötő. Mivel a medál maga túl nagy lenne karkötő elemnek, lekicsinyítettem a mintát.
Shamefully, these turquoise green petals have been waiting for years in my beadbox. I bought them to a certain project but never done it. As I REALLY do not order new beads now and REALLY try to use my stock, Petal Day has come! I do not know too many patterns with petals but there is one which I have been planning to bead for a long time - Pendant Katja by Andi Palásti.
And surprise, surprise, after investigating my stock, I could put together a kit. Well, the scientific approach of selecting the colours took a little time.
After having the pendant I wanted more petals to be used. So a bracelet has been beaded, too.
Since the pendant itself was too big in a bracelet, I had used smaller sizes. Instead of the 14 mm Swarovski rivoli, I put 8 mm chatons in each element and the 10-bead-round had been changed to 6-bead round. These small pieces are soo cute, excellent as earrings. Should you desire one, just let me know.
The final picture can be more impressive with a beaded necklace but for the time being, a simple chain will do.
It is a super, well-designed pattern, thanks Andi.
